Competition Terms & Conditions

The rules for the "Colour Your Safe, Smart World" free prize draw.

1. The promoter

This competition ("Colour Your Safe, Smart World") is run by Digital Doctors Online Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16464633, registered office Flat 11 Strata House, 14-16 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, England, BH1 3NJ, referred to as "we", "us" or "the promoter".

2. Eligibility

Open to children whose parent or legal guardian resides in Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole (BCP), Dorset. Entry must be submitted on the child's behalf by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Employees of Digital Doctors Online and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter — free of charge

Entry is free. There is no purchase necessary and no cost to enter beyond the entrant's own ordinary cost of printing the colouring sheet (if printed at home) and sending a standard email. To enter: download and print the official colouring sheet, colour it in, and have a parent or guardian photograph the finished artwork and email it to us at the address given on the Competition page, with the child's first name and age, before the closing date. We do not accept entries submitted by any other method.

One entry is permitted per child. Families with more than one child may submit a separate entry for each child. Each valid entry is given its own unique reference number, which we use to keep track of entries and to run the random draw.

4. Entry period and closing date

The competition opens on 20 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 5 January 2027. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. The prize

The prize is a smart camera package worth £375, made up of: 2 × eufyCam S210 outdoor cameras, a HomeBase 2 with local storage, and professional installation with complete app setup. £375 is the value of this prize package — it is not a cash alternative, and no other cash or equipment substitute is offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make this necessary (for example, if a specific product becomes unavailable).

The prize installation must take place at an address within Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole (BCP), Dorset — the same area required for eligibility under section 2. Installation is subject to reasonable property access, technical feasibility, and safe, suitable conditions for the equipment; we will discuss this directly with the winner and work with them to find a suitable installation wherever reasonably possible.

6. Winner selection — a random prize draw, not a judged competition

This is a free prize draw, not a judged competition. There is no "best drawing", and entries are never ranked, scored or judged on artistic skill, creativity, effort or any other quality of the drawing. Every valid entry received by the closing date is given an equal chance of winning, and the winner is selected completely at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer-based process. The result of the draw is final.

The winner will be announced on 10 January 2027 and will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of that date, using the contact details provided at entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 14 days of the first notification attempt, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

7. Use of submitted artwork

By entering, the parent or guardian confirms they are entering on the child's behalf and agrees that Digital Doctors Online may display the submitted artwork (with only the child's first name and age, never a surname or photograph of the child) on this website and its social media channels, for the purpose of promoting the competition and celebrating entries. Entrants may ask us to remove their child's artwork from public display at any time by contacting us — see our Competition Privacy Notice for how we handle this and other personal data.

Entrants keep ownership of their artwork. We do not sell submitted artwork or use it for any commercial purpose beyond promoting this competition.

8. No purchase necessary / free entry route

This is a free-entry competition. No payment, purchase of goods or services, or engagement with Digital Doctors Online's paid services is required or gives any entrant an advantage.

9. Changes and cancellation

The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend or postpone the competition, where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control — for example if the competition cannot be conducted fairly as planned. Where reasonably possible, entrants will be notified of any material change via the Competition page.

10. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these terms, that we reasonably believe was not created by the child named on the entry, or that contains inappropriate content.

11. Data protection

Personal data collected as part of this competition is handled in line with our Competition Privacy Notice.

12. Governing law

This competition and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
